One creative system

A production studiobuilt for scale.

We don’t sell a tool. We run a creative system — real direction, extended into thousands of finished visuals across every surface a brand lives on.

Two years deep in generative production — not a beta experiment. We hold quality and realism even when the concept turns surreal, and we understand creative and scale at a level few on the market can match.

Operating case

A brand built to stay visually active.

Waiting For Weekend wanted to move more creatively — to make their customers feel closer to the name and to sharpen the message they send to a young audience. FRAMA built the system for it: one trained cast extended across a whole new set of creatives — editorial, product, drink, social and print — rather than a single campaign shoot.

The content engine

Community + creative, at scale.

Not one campaign — a continuous stream of creative the community actually shares. Editorial, social, packaging, merch and moments, produced on a rolling basis and tuned to what the audience responds to.

Campaign extension

The newspaper, extended

Waiting For Weekend had printed a physical newspaper — Le Journal. We took that one artefact and built a world around it: the recurring cast we trained for the brand, out on the street, at home, at the table — turning a single print run into a living editorial the brand can keep producing.

The product stays. The world keeps moving around it.

Campaign formats

Start focused.Build anotherchapter.

Every format is a controlled way to combine products, digital characters, locations and creative directions. Two hundred images is enough to carry a drop. Everything above that is scale you can add when the brand is ready for it.

How FRAMA works

AI compresses the work. Human judgment controls what leaves the house.

  1. 01

    Read the collection

We study the products, the existing direction and where the brand already feels strong.

  2. 02

    Map the visual language

Cast, palette, locations, framing, grain — the rules that make a world read as one brand.

  3. 03

    Extend the world

Products become people, places and everyday moments around the campaign.

  4. 04

    Calibrate

First 25 on a representative part of the collection, before full production begins.

  5. 05

    Produce

The program runs at volume against the approved directions.

  6. 06

    Select

Human judgment decides what is good enough to leave the house.

  7. 07

    Deliver the library

A structured, named visual library — ready for commerce, campaign and social.

Organic content system

From productionto organic attention.

Mode 01

Production

FRAMA delivers the structured content library for the brand’s existing channels.

Mode 02

Production + organic operations

FRAMA helps operate the organic content layer, learns which worlds, products, formats and treatments generate response, and feeds those learnings back into production.

We take on a limited number of houses each production window. Real creative direction doesn’t scale by opening every door — it scales by choosing the right ones, then building worlds most studios can’t.

A single day of traditional production — crew, cast, location, post — rarely leaves you with more than a handful of usable frames. This is a full season of content for the price of a shoot.
