These terms govern your use of FRAMA House — the digital model house connecting brands with consenting creators. By creating an account or sending a brief you agree to them. (Draft outline below.)

  1. 1. Scope

    Who these terms cover (brands, creators, FRAMA) and what the platform does.

  2. 2. Accounts & eligibility

    Account creation, accuracy of information, and minimum-age / authorisation requirements.

  3. 3. Subscriptions & billing

    How brand subscriptions (Studio / House / Atelier) are charged, renewed and cancelled via Stripe.

  4. 4. Per-campaign payments

    How per-visual charges work, the 70/30 split, and that no charge occurs until the model approves.

  5. 5. Model likeness & approval

    Creators license their likeness, approve every visual, and may pause or withdraw at any time.

  6. 6. Acceptable use

    Prohibited content and conduct, including the deepfake / impersonation and anti-abuse rules.

  7. 7. Intellectual property

    Ownership of brand inputs, generated outputs, and the FRAMA platform itself.

  8. 8. Liability & disclaimers

    Limitations of liability and service-availability disclaimers, to the extent permitted by law.

  9. 9. Termination

    How either party may end the relationship and what survives termination.

  10. 10. Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark; disputes are resolved in the Danish courts.
