Terms of Service

Last updated: 31 August 2026

These Terms govern your use of this website and the visual-production services provided by FRAMA House (Copenhagen, Denmark). FRAMA House is a visual-production studio: we create AI-generated (synthetic) visual content — imagery and film — for brands. By using this site, sending a brief, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

  1. 01

Who we are & what we do

FRAMA House is a business-to-business visual-production studio. We produce AI-generated visual content for brands across fashion, beauty and beverage. We are a service provider — not a marketplace, agency of record, or talent agency.

  2. 02

    AI-generated & synthetic content

All people, faces, bodies and scenes in the work we create are generated with AI and are entirely synthetic. They are fictional and are not intended to depict, and do not represent, any real, identifiable living person. We do not use real models and do not capture, store or process the likeness or biometric data of any real individual. Any resemblance to a real person is coincidental and unintentional; if you believe a deliverable resembles a real person, contact us and we will review and, where appropriate, revise or withdraw it. We disclose the synthetic nature of the work where disclosure is required by applicable law.

  3. 03

    Engagements & deliverables

The specific scope, quantities, formats, timeline and price of each engagement are set out in the applicable quote, order or statement of work agreed in writing. Those terms, together with this document, form the agreement for that engagement.

  4. 04

    Client materials & your warranties

You provide product references, brand assets and instructions. You warrant that you own or have the rights to everything you give us, that our agreed use of it will not infringe any third party's rights, and that you will not instruct us to create content depicting a real, identifiable person without that person's written authorization. You are solely responsible for how you use the delivered visuals, including advertising, labeling and category-specific rules (for example, alcohol and beverage marketing regulations in your markets).

  5. 05

    Intellectual property & license

On full payment for an engagement, we grant you the rights to use the delivered visuals for the purposes agreed in that engagement. FRAMA House retains all ownership of its production systems, trained components, methods, know-how and any pre-existing or underlying tools, none of which are transferred. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we may display non-confidential deliverables in our own portfolio and marketing.

  6. 06

    Acceptable use

You may not use our services or deliverables to: depict a real identifiable individual without written authorization; create unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, hateful or infringing content; imply a real person's endorsement; or mislead consumers. We may decline, pause or stop any work that, in our reasonable judgment, breaches this section or exposes either party to legal risk.

  7. 07

    Fees & payment

Fees are as stated in the applicable quote or order and are payable on the agreed terms. Except where required by law, fees for completed and delivered work are non-refundable.

  8. 08

    Disclaimers

The services and deliverables are provided “as is”. We do not warrant that any deliverable is fit for a particular regulatory, advertising or compliance use in your market — assessing and ensuring that compliance is your responsibility.

  9. 09

    Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FRAMA House is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, and our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

  10. 10

    Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold FRAMA House harmless against claims, damages and costs arising from the materials you provide or from your use of the deliverables, including your compliance with advertising and category regulations.

  11. 11

    Confidentiality

Each party keeps the other's non-public information confidential and uses it only to perform the engagement.

  12. 12

    Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; the current version governs your use of the site and any new engagement. These Terms and any engagement are governed by the laws of Denmark, and the courts of Copenhagen have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights under EU law.
