FRAMA House (Copenhagen, Denmark) is the data controller for personal data processed through this website and our services. Because our production is AI-generated and synthetic, we do not use real models and do not collect the likeness or biometric data of members of the public. This policy explains the limited personal data we do process and your rights under the GDPR.
Data we collect
Business-contact details you choose to send us — such as your name, work email, company, brand and product links, and the contents of your message or brief — together with limited technical and usage data collected via cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
Why we use it & legal basis
To respond to your enquiry and to provide and administer our services (performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before a contract); to run, secure and improve our studio and website (our legitimate interests); and, for non-essential analytics, on the basis of your consent.
Synthetic imagery — no biometric or likeness data
The people shown in the visuals we produce are AI-generated and fictional. We do not process biometric identifiers and we do not collect, store or use the likeness of real individuals to create our work.
Processors & sharing
We rely on a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, including website hosting (Vercel) and email delivery (Resend). We share personal data with them only as needed to run the service, under appropriate agreements. We never sell your personal data.
International transfers
Where a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect it.
Retention
We keep enquiry and contact data only as long as needed to respond and to manage our relationship, and then delete or anonymize it, unless a longer period is required by law.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise them, email casper@framahouse.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
